Die-cast aluminum alloy has high specific strength, excellent corrosion resistance, electrical and thermal conductivity, casting and processing functions, and is widely used in cars, communications, electronics and aerospace and other fields. With the development of cars and other industries, the annual output value of aluminum alloy die-casting parts has increased by nearly 13%, accounting for more than 75% of the output of non-ferrous alloy die-casting parts. The aluminum alloy die casting is developing in the direction of large, messy, thin wall, high precision and integration, which actively promotes the development of aluminum alloy die casting skills. To this end, this paper summarizes the use and research status of die casting aluminum alloy at home and abroad, provides reference for the subsequent development of low-cost, high-function die casting aluminum alloy and advanced die casting skills, and promotes the transformation and upgrading of aluminum alloy die casting industry in China.
